African Safari Consultants recently launched a small scholarship whereby they will financially assist an inbound American student studying abroad in Africa during the 2012-2013 Academic year. The student may be either under or postgraduate; must be registered at an accredited American university or college; and must be pursuing studies in either an environmental or anthropological field. EUROSA Erasmus Mundus Partnership for Human Development

The EUROSA Erasmus Mundus Partnership offers a unique opportunity for talented students and researchers from South Africa to spend a study or research period at one of the excellent European partner universities. Erasmus Mundus grants are available for South African nationals in a variety of fields of study. Taking part in the EUROSA project promises to be a truly enriching experience for both the participants and universities involved.

The Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship Programme

The Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship Programme provides short-term exchange opportunities for candidates from Commonwealth countries for study or research in Canada at the master’s or doctoral level. The program is open to all disciplines including interdisciplinary programs. Studies or research in science and technology will be prioritized.

Scholarship Value and Duration

The scholarship value varies depending on the duration and level of study. The scholarship value is:
  • $7,500 CAN for graduate students for a period of four months of study or research; or
  • $10,000 CAN for graduate students for a period of five or six months of study or research.
